What we collect
First name, last name, work email address, any optional message, the consent record, date and time of submission, and the website source.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your request, respond to you, and manage a potential business conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Contact requests are received and recorded in Kerviq’s self-hosted workflow environment. Access is limited to people authorized to handle business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We retain contact-request information for up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required to handle an ongoing request or comply with a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your contact-request information, or withdraw your consent. Use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message.
Please do not send confidential, special-category, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
